Hey everyone,
I'm a 4th year Computer Science student from Calgary that will be starting a 4 month co-op term with Cognos Inc. in September. I'm looking for a place to stay that is relatively close to my work (the address is 65 Auriga Drive - click for a map). Hunt Club and South Keys are two areas that I'm looking into, but I definitely welcome any other suggestions as I am not familiar with Ottawa!
Types of places I'm looking for, in order of preference:
1. Furnished basement suites or bachelor apartments (that I would have to myself)
2. Furnished rooms (in apartments/townhouses/houses shared with others)
3. Unfurnished basement suites or bachelor apartments
4. Unfurnished rooms
Stuff I'd want:
1. Internet access (I'm a computer science student, after all)
2. Washer/dryer so I don't have to go to a laundromat
Rent-wise, I don't want to go above $650/month. Proximity to bus stops (transitways?) is very important, as I won't have a vehicle.
Any suggestions or help is appreciated! :)

room for rent
Hello!I have a furnished room for rent with high speed interent.
I actually have 2 roroms available and you can take your pick. The smaller one is 350 and the other is 450 a month.
They are all included. All bills and phoen and internet and calbe are taken care of.
both rooms hve a double bed, dresser and a new desk that I am buying this week.
I looked up the Auriga dr and it's 10 mins from here or 1 bus at the door from here.

I'm looking to sublet my room [unfurnished]. It's 400/mth, plus utilities [but it wouldn't go over 650]. Wired for high speed. It has a washer/dryer combo in the unit that isn't shared with anyone else. It's a 3-bedroom, 3-story house, plenty of space, including a backyard patio + a front yard. You're very close to buses/transitway, as well as being right in the Byward Market.
